Gorgeous day. Sat upstairs with almost 360 views. Flights and food. All very good. Very eclectic variety on the beers. The only thing that needs improvement is that management needed to anticipate that half of Prosper would want to be outside on a gorgeous Saturday. There is not enough staff to handle this crowd. Coming back though. Hopefully the staff can handle it.

Just moved from Austin after living in the heart of Texas that has the best breweries. This place did not disappoint. They have two bars--and the upstairs patio is amazing! Food is great and has a good variety. Not to mention - great service!

Loved their upstairs covered patio with a variety of seating options. We were able enjoy the beautiful sunset sky from the bar height table. Service was good. Public parking near by had plenty of spaces. This was our first time visiting and we wanted to sample their beers. They have a lot of fruit infused beers to choose from, in addition to stouts and IPAs. As for food, everything was fresh and tasty. I really liked their chicken sliders, with spicy and crispy chicken. Onion rings were well seasoned. I wish they had more vegetarian options for entrees, may be just a veggie or black bean burger patty! Overall, it was an enjoyable evening, we will revisit for sure.

Hubby and I decided to finally visit this spot and sadly, we weren't impressed. The ambiance was very basic, the country music was boring and loud, it had more of a sports bar vibe, and they were out of many items. We were greeted once we arrived but seated at a table closest the door when there was plenty of other seats. It was 40 degrees outside and people kept coming in, so that windy chill wasn't pleasant every couple of minutes. Not a big deal though, I just asked the server to move us to a table further down and it wasn't a problem. The menus needed to be wiped down, there was sticky residue on them. Again, not big deal. The down fall was when we ordered stouts for our flight, they were out of all of them. The drink menus should have been marked showing they are unavailable instead of having to find alternate replacements on the spot. We ordered several beers (a flight each - not on the menu) and I personally wasn't impressed by any of them except the Silo and Pecan Praline Amber Ale, which were both husband's, so I stole them from him haha. Those two were delicious! The price was great though for sampling different types. The flight trays had several water spots on them which gave a cheap dingy vibe. The country music was loud and I personally wish they mixed it up with maybe some classic rock or a music variety. Then they switched it to sports commentary for the playoffs game, which gave it more of a sports bar vibe. I personally wish they would have kept the music going since most of the patrons were families and music probably would have been a better sound option for the guests there. We ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and the Panini as our entrees. The food was delicious!! I tried my husband's panini and it was flavorful and perfect temperature. My Nashville chicken sandwich was flavorful as well and the perfect temperature and spice. My only recommendation would be for them to add more slaw to the sandwich. Overall the food was what made me give the brewery 4 stars. My husband ordered a dessert and again, we were told it was not in stock. Our hearts crushed again lol. So then husband ordered the Thin Mint Sundae and when he got it, I was a little surprised. It was literally scoops of mint chip ice cream, a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and a very small drizzle of chocolate fudge syrup. I was expecting atleast more fudge and maybe a thin mint cookie or something. It was very basic in my opinion. Luckily my husband loves anything sweet and he enjoyed it. We had high hopes but we will return again and give it another shot. Their pizza smelled and looked delicious, and hopefully their stouts will be in stock next time.

Nice new place in Prosper. I came for the beer, since I'm a beer need and have to try all the breweries in the area, but would come back foe the food. They have a pretty good selection of elevated Gastropub food. The wedge salad my wife had was huge and had a nice combination of flavors and textures with bacon and blue cheese crumbles, crispy onion strings, mini tomatoes, and ranch dressing. I had the Crispy chicken sliders, which comes with three small Hawaiian buns with slaw and a buffalo chicken nugget and three slices of pickles on the side. It had a nice mix of tang, spice, and some sweetness from the buns. The beer was good, I tried mostly the stouts and one brown ale, but they also have quite a few other offerings, from IPA to wheat ales and saisons. If you're in the area make sure to give them a try.

I went here for a singles event that ended up not happening. I decided to stay and have a drink at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and attentive. After looking over the menu, I started getting a little hungry. The bartender recommended their pizza saying they make the dough fresh. I wasn't feeling that hungry so I went with the tacos. These things were amazing. The spicy slaw and the pineapples played well with the shrimp. The bar itself is very large, with a big upstairs bar. I'm still not used to this Texas heat so I stayed downstairs. Friendly service, big beer selection, and terrific food. Definitely a spot I recommend

First of all this is a welcome addition to downtown Prosper and the future prospects for this place will be amazing. Visited on a Saturday for lunch and ate upstairs because the lower level had a 20min wait. We wanted to eat up on the balcony anyway. Service: 3.5/5 - lots of people working and lots of people standing around in groups talking to each vs attending customs. Wait to order and to get follow-up was lackluster especially with so many people on staff. Food: 3./5 what we had was mid at best. Rueben was average, nothing spectacular. Had higher expectations because it was a "Chef Recommend item". Smash burger was also about 3/5, just not anything you would remember. However the fries are really good! Atmosphere is 5/5. I will be back and hopefully the other food selections are better.
